Two
months before the therapy: Do not
sunbathe or go to the solarium. If you expose your body to the sun
always apply sun block on the regions that are to be treated. We want to
remind you that sun screen has to be applied at least half an hour before
sun exposure.
1-2
hours before the treatment: apply anaesthetic
cream (e.g. Emla) on particularly sensitive zones.
After
the treatment: Don’t expose to sunlight and ultraviolet rays (solarium)
for at least three weeks. If you have to expose the treated zone to the sun,
always apply sun block. Common
activities like sports, work, etc. are allowed
If the
treated skin happens to be red and irritated and ever have some scab on it
(usually during 1 or 2 days after the treatment) we would like to remind you
that you have the possibility to apply covering creams (e.g. Toleruiane tan
corrector – La Roche Posay) which will hide the unappealing effects.
